Thakur Virendra Singh lives a lavish lifestyle with his wife and son Kishen. His relative Bihari is envious of his success and wants to see his downfall. Thus he hatches a plan and switches his own son Kumar with Kishen. Thus Kumar ends up being raised in a luxurious and wealthy household while Kishen becomes a criminal trained by his uncle in Bombay. Years pass and Kishen is now an expert burglar. He teams up with another criminal named Mary and they both become 50-50 share partners in crime.
The film is directed and produced by Shomu Mukherjee. The music is composed by Laxmikant Pyarelal. The star cast includes Rajesh Khanna, Tina Munim, Om Shivpuri, Ranjeet, Kader Khan, Ranjeet, Nazir Hussain, Indrani Mukherji and Anita Guha.
