John Abraham, is ACP Yashvardhan, working at the Narcotics Control Bureau. He is an honest and law abiding officer who can only think of getting his country crime free. He has no family or friends and lives a very simple and lonely life. He happens to meet a young and bubbly girl named Maya, played by Genelia D’Souza who he helps during a car accident and assists her to the hospital.
They develop a bond over time as he visits her in the hospital and they become good friends. Maya soon realizes that she has fallen in love with Yash and confesses it to him. Even though he is also besotted by Maya, Yash doesn’t convey it to her fearing that she should not become his weakness with the kind of profession he is into.
His colleague’s wife Swati, played by Sandhya Mridul however takes Yash to be his brother and convinces him to express his love to Maya before it’s too late. He does exactly that and they decide to get married.
Meanwhile Yash along with other officers from his team are tackling a big drug case where they kill King Pin Reddy while vending drugs. His destructive brother Visnu soon learns of his brother’s death and wants to avenge it by killing all the officers responsible. There on, the movie enters its most violent turn with an eye for an eye and lots of tragedies one after another.
Force is directed by Nishikant Kamat and produced by Vipul Amrutlal Shah. The music is composed by Harris Jayaraj and Lalit Pandit.
