Huney, Choocha, Zafar and Lali are the Fukras who get gangster Bholi Punjaban arrested. After she is released from jail, she sends her henchmen after the four no good boys. After seizing them they are brought to her and she demands answers. She gives them a last chance by making people invest in a lottery shop. All the people with a ticket invest some money. However when minister Babulal uses his power and changes the lottery number, others who have invested money lose their cool and go to beat the Fukras but they escape. Choocha tells Bholi of his ability to see the future in his dreams, and this impresses her and she lets them go.
The boys later discover a huge amount of illegal goods and start their own electronics shop. The film is directed by Mrighdeep Singh Lamba and produced by Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani. The music is composed by Ram Sampath and the screenplay is written by Reema Kagti and Neeraj Vora. The cinematography is by K U Mohanan. The star cast includes Pulkit Samrat, Ali Fazal, Varun Sharma, Richa Chadha, Pankaj Tripathi, Manjot Singh, Priya Anand, Vishakha Singh and Sayani Gupta.
