The Royal Mansion has been empty for centuries since its inhabitants died. There are rumors about it being haunted with many ghosts, but no one knows for sure as no one has seen any ghost there. During a film shoot that has been facilitated inside the mansion, the actress sees a spooky ghost figure in the mirror and faints. The rest of the crew, fear for their lives and leave. An aspiring director who takes a look at the mansion meets a stranger who begins to tell him about the group of ghosts inhabiting the mansion.
The story digresses from the fact that the mansion itself is haunted to the kind of unity the ghosts have with each other. The ghosts staying in the mansion come from different eras, ages, cultures and professions and are yet so cordial with each other. Soon in their happy little world of ghosts trouble comes knocking, when a builder is making big plans to demolish the centuries old mansion and make a modern concrete jungle of malls and multiplexes.
The ghosts on learning this fact aren’t happy at all as they will lose the one space all the ghosts have been sharing for so many years. They will be rendered homeless and no where to go but wander the streets like before. The movie is directed by Satish Kaushik and produced by Venus Records & Tapes Pvt Ltd, The Satish Kaushik Entertainment. The music is composed by Dharam Sandeep.
