Vishnu, played by Tusshar Kapoor is a self conscious nerd who is picked on by all. His parents think he’s no good while most people around mock and humiliate him. He keeps to himself afraid of being the target of someone’s jokes. He is however in love with his next-door neighbor Mohini, played by Antara Mali. She has a boyfriend named Sameer. One day Vishnu accidentally winks at Mohini and her boyfriend takes offence and beats up Vishnu badly. He is left in tears and humiliation. Fed up and frustrated with his measly, meaningless life, Vishu goes to an isolated beach and curses God for making his life so horrible.
Vishnu in full rage prays to a god’s statue and asks to make him invisible. God listens to his prayers and on reaching home Vishnu realizes he is actually turned invisible. The adventures of his life begin after that where he spies on Mohini and troubles her beefy boyfriend. He then tells his father his secret and scares his nagging mother. Later when he tells hi ssecret to Mohini she is not only scared of him but also offended that he spied on her. She asks him to leave her alone as she loves Sameer. Meanwhile he had earlier robbed a bank to impress Mohini and the media is shocked to report that an invisible entity has committed the crime. The police are now looking for him. Mohini lures him into a conversation where the police arrest him. He tells Mohini that he is sorry he did everything to win her love as he has truly loved her but he no lonegr wishes to win her heart by controlling her. These words transform Mohini’s thoughts about Vishnu and she begins to respect him.
Meanwhile the cops shoot Vishu and he is helped to escape by Mohini and they presume him dead. But he resurfaces and meets Mohini and tells her sorry and surrenders to the police and thus leads a normal but invisible life. The movie is directed by Prawaal Raman and produced by Ram Gopal Varma. The music is composed by Ajay-Atul.
