Shibu’s mother passes away when he is quite young and the one responsible for this is the evil Makrani and his gang. He is now dreaming of sweet revenge against them so that his mother gets justice. Meanwhile Vijay is from a poor family but has always dreamt of becoming rich and successful. He wants to somehow break the vicious circle of poverty and earn enough money to last him a life time. Shabnam is on the other hand a wealthy girl but longs for love. She is lonely and has no direction in life. Vijay and Shabnam fall in love. When the former saves a lady’s life he is framed for murder. Shabnam and Shibu have to now help Vijay in proving his innocence. Meanwhile Shibu’s father is desperate to meet him but he has no courage to see her till he nabs his mother’s murderers. The film is directed by Deepak Bahry and produced by M P Jain. The music is composed by R D Burman. The star cast includes Vinod Mehra, Ranjeeta, Om Shivpuri, Kader Khan, Jagdeep and Amjad Khan.
