Krishna Patil lives a poor lifestyle and struggles to make ends meet. He lives in a small chawl with his father Ramakant and older sister Mansi. He is upset with being unemployed and to make matters worse, also has a short temper. He aspires to be in the police department but is unsuccessful. One day he meets Kavita, a beautiful and wealthy girl who is also a successful lawyer. He is besotted by her charm and tries hard to woo her. Kavita herself, having lost her father who she loved dearly is now heart broken and sad.
When she meets Krishna, she too is attracted to him and feels like he is the one she has been looking for in spite of his unruly behavior, lack of personal hygiene and also poor family background. Things start changing for the couple soon as they join forces to change a system that is corrupt and deceiving.
The movie is directed by Akashdeep and produced by Kumar Mohan. The star cast includes Arshad Warsi, Irrfan Khan, Manoj Bajpai, Om Puri, Anupam Kher, Tinnu Anand, Johnny Lever, Mukesh Tiwari, Sachin Khedekar, Raju Mavani, Raju Kher, Makrand Deshpande, Vishwajeet Pradhan, Arvind Vaidya, Jasbir, Arshad Warsi, Sheeba and Raveen Tandon. The music is composed by Anu Malik.
