Seth Dhani Ram is a wealthy man and has a spoilt and stubborn daughter named Seema. She has pampered and protected her to the point that she hates poor people. When Kamlesh a poor college class mate falls in love with her, she just humiliates and rejects him outright. He however only has love and affection for her. Meanwhile Suman falls for Kamlesh but he does not reciprocate her feelings and only has feelings for Seema. Soon Suman is unable to see this insult and plight of Kamlesh and decides to unite Seema and Kamlesh under any circumstance. The film is directed by Ramesh Bedi and produced by Kailash Chander. The music is composed by Govind Naresh. The star cast includes Mithun Chakraborty, Sarika, Paintal, Ranjeet and Aruna Irani.
