Anil is a man of principles and values. He lives his life with honesty, dignity and is extremely helpful to others. All these qualities of Anil, impress wealthy industrialist Dwarka and he is keen on Anil becoming his son-in-law. He arranges the marriage of his daughter to Anil. After the grand wedding however, Dwarka wants Anil to stay with his in-laws and not in his own house. At first Anil is shocked at the request but Anil agrees but with some conditions.
The film is directed by Arun Bhatti and produced by V P Shahabadi. The music is composed by Anand Milind and the story is written by K B Pathak. The cinematography is by Dilip Dutta. The star cast includes Mithun Chakraborty, Varsha Usgaonkar, Shakti Kapoor, Prem Chopra,Kader Khan,Reeta Bhaduri,Amita Nangia,Anjan Srivastava and Sushmita Mukherjee.
