Arun, played by Salman Khan is working as a TV anchor but he is not happy in life. He feels success always eludes him when he has a chance to get it. He keeps having fights with God that he has not been kind to him. He is in love with another anchor in his agency called Alia, played by Priyanka Chopra and he is unable to confess his love to her. Eventually he gets fired from his job and he puts all the blame on God and he doesn’t care about him.
God then appears before him and explains to him that it is not his fault and if he feels he can run the universe better than him, he should try it. Thus God gives the reins in Arun’s hand. First Arun makes Alia fall in love with him. Then he puts a new anchor called Rocky in a sticky situation and so on. God is upset that Arun is only doing things for himself and not others. But when Arun begins to hear other people’s prayers he is exhausted and unable to listen to them all and thus decides to grant everyone’s wishes.
The movie is directed by Rumi Jaffrey and produced by Afzal Khan and Sohail Khan. The music is composed by Sajid-Wajid.
