Gopal, Laxman 1, Laxman 2, Madhav and Lucky are five orphans brought up in an orphanage in Ooty. They one day find a little girl at the entrance of the orphanage and take her inside. They look after her and call her Khushi. Soon the boys get into a fight over something very miniscule but are thrown out of the orphanage. Soon when the five friends unite, things take a different turn and they get possessed when they reach the orphanage. They learn that the caretaker of the orphanage has died. They also meet Khushi who tells them that she is a ghost and has come to help them. Things go well after that but the boys are still shocked that they can see Khushi with their bare eyes. The bad guys are taught a lesson.
The film is directed by Rohit Shetty and is produced by Rohit Shetty. The music is composed by Amar Mohile and Pritam. The screenplay is written by Yunus Sajawal and the dialogues are written by Farhad – Sajid. The cinematography is by Jomon T John. The choreography is by Raju Khan and Ganesh Acharya. The star cast includes Ajay Devgan, Arshad Warsi, Kunal Khemu, Shreyas Talpade, Tushar Kapoor, Tabu, Parineeti Chopra, Johnny Lever, Prakash Raj, Neil Nitin Mukesh, Murali Sharma, Sanjay Mishra and Mukesh Tiwari.
