Gopal, played by Ajay Devgn is happily married to Ekta, played by Kareena Kapoor. He also lives with his sister Esha, played by Amrita Arora and mute brother-in-law Lucky, played by Tusshar Kapoor. However, Gopal is annoyed with Ekta’s TV serial addiction. One night on his way back from work, Gopal witnesses a girl named Meera being chased by goons and saves her life and both take refuge in his friends Yacht till things settle down. They end up staying the night there and leave in the morning.
Ekta immediately starts to doubt Gopal of having an affair and wants to know the truth. Gopal knowing it hard to convince his wife comes up with a imaginary friend called Anthony Gonsalves, with who he spend the night with. Ekta writes to Anthony to corroborate on Gopal’s story. Meanwhile Laxman, played by Shreyas Talpade comes for an interview to Gopal’s office for an interview. He asks him to pose as Anthony Gonsalves but incidentally the letter written by Ekta goes to another real Anthony Gonsalves. Evetually the police learn that Gopal saved Meera’s life and Ekta apologizes for doubting him.
The movie is directed by Rohit Shetty and produced by Dhillin Mehta. The music is composed by Pritam.
