Gul Makai is the remarkable story of daring and conviction by a young girl. She fought the oppression of the Taliban to champion the cause of free education for all especially the girl child. Brought up in a middle class home in the Swat valley of Pakistan, the girl started a revolution when she defied all norms and spoke out in favor of every child having access to education and knowledge. The film is a biopic of Nobel peace prize winner Malala Yousafzai. The film is directed by H.E Amjad Khan and produced by Sanjay Singhla, Preeti Vijay Jaju
