Dilip is a university student in a fictional town pf Rajpur. He is docile and mild-mannered. He meets Ransa who is tough and straightforward and is impressed by his persona. Dilip meanwhile gets ragged by his senior students led by Jadwal. Dilip advices him to take revenge and both go to confront Jadwal and his gang but instead get beaten. They later meet Dukey Banna who helps them thrash Jadwal but also suggests that Ransa run for General Secretary Elections in the university. Dilip’s father has a out of wedlock daughter Kiran and son Karan.
Kiran is running against Ransa and when Karan tries to persuade him to withdraw, Ransa mocks him. Karan ends up killing him and Dukey asks Dilip to take his place. Dilip agrees and after the elections are rigged he wins. Kiran seduces him to become the cultural secretary. Dukey starts using the funds for his Rajputana Separatist movement. Dilip confronts him but Dukey warns him and shows him Jadwal’s dead body to scre him. Later Dilip resigns and Kiran takes his place. It is later revealed that Kiran was only using Dilip to get to her final motives.
The movie is directed by Anurag Kashyap and produced by Raj Singh Chaudhary. The music is composed by Piyush Mishra. The star cast includes Raj Singh Chaudhary, Kay Kay Menon, Deepak Dobriyal, Mahi Gill, Ayesha Mohan, Jesse Randhawa, Aditya Srivastava, Piyush Mishra, Abhimanyu Singh, Neel Guha, Chittaranjan Giri, Seema Rehmani and Jyoti Dogra.
