Nikki has always been overshadowed by his sister Preet, who is more loved by their father. He considers Preet as his lucky charm and this has infuriated Nikki. She completes her studies abroad and returns home. Her father has already started a real estate in her name. She urges him to start a park instead. Later Nikki loses a bet in which he owes a huge sum of money. When unable to pay it, he thinks of an evil plan and gets his sister Preet kidnapped with the help of his friend Rajveer. They keep her in a safe place and make a ransom call to them. Their father asks his estranged brother Bhoopi to help in locating his daughter.
Later they find Nikki and Preet. Sadly Nikky is thrown into a lake with the car and drowns. While Nikki is consoling his mother, she shoots him. The film is directed by Shanker Raman and produced by Akshay M Musle, Ajay Rai and Alan McAlex. The music is composed by Naren Chandavarkar. The star cast includes Akshay Oberoi, Ragini Khanna, Pankaj Tripathy,Srinivas Sunderrajan,Aamir Bashir and Shalini Vatsa.
