The police commissioner is in a serious dilemma of how to stop the availability of illegal weapons to small time goons and others. They seem to be easily accessible to all and this is creating a serious problem for the society. Meanwhile Dewan Singh is in another dilemma since he does not have enough steel to manufacture his weapons. He however sets his eyes on Kapoor Industries that have ample steel. The owner Shalini is
however adamant that she will not sell her factory to Dewan. Thus the latter blackmails Shalini’s sister Malini to take revenge. Left with no choice, Shalini is forced to give up her factory. Meanwhile the funny antics of Suleman and Pahelwan create more obstacles for Dewan. The film is directed by Radhakant and produced by Madan. The music is composed by Manas Mukherjee. The star cast includes Dara Singh, Mehmood, Padma Khanna, Bindu, I S Johar, Mohan Choti and Chandrashekhar.
