Haathi Mere Saathi is an Emotional-Romantic Family Drama Film crafted with excellence by M.A. Thirumugham. The Story revolves around the life of Raju (played by Rajesh Khanna)- An orphan at a young age- Where his life was saved by Four Elephants from the Danger and from he Developed an unconditional love towards animals. Years Later- he opened Zoo and kept all types of Animals- He fells in love with Tanu (played by Tanuja) and marries her. Tanu hates the time he spent with the family and is scared of the fact the animal could hurt her and the child, leading him to choose from one of them.
