Raju, played by Govinda works as a private detective and is hired by one of his close friend Sanjay to spy on his wife and prove that she is having an affair with another man. With Raju’s solid evidence Sanjay wants to divorce his wife. Sanjay’s wife Anjali also has suspicion on his wife and hires her own detective named Anjali. Meanwhile the couple are in Europe on their respective holiday. Detective Anjali and Raju end up falling in love. While Sanjay’s wife’s name is also Anjali, Raju assumes that she is married Sanjay but all the misunderstandings are cleared and Anjali and Raju are united while Sanjay is united with his wife Anjali.
The film is directed by Manoj Agarwal and produced by Rajeev Anand and Rakesh Malhotra. The cinematography is by Nirmal Jani. The star cast includes Johnny Lever, Paresh Rawal, Avtar Gill, Satish Kaushik, Tinnu Anand, Viju Khote, Bharat Kapoor, Navneet and Himani Shivpuri.
