The movie showcases the love and hate relationship a couple sometimes encounters during the course of their life. Sometimes spending quality time and love with eachother is never on the agenda and is always put at the back burner. The same emotions are dealt with in this movie where three couples struggle to keep their relationship afloat.
The first couple is Tony, played by Dev Anand and Pooja, played by Niyati Joshi who hardly spend time together. Tony is busy with his work leaving Pooja to only dream of their love. The next couple are Rikki, played by Vikram Kochhar and Sanya, played by Divvya Choksey who are almost a perfect couple, but Rikki is always spending more time with his friends, while Sanya is the dedicated wife taking care of the house and business.
The last couple is Saajan, played by Nilesh Lalwani and Sanjana, played by Jayaka Yagnik who are happily married and love each other but daughter-in-law and mother-in-law fights are always taking over everything else in the house. A chance to go to Kashmir on a holiday turns out to be a blessing for the three couples and they realize how much time they have lost in the busy hustle and bustle on Mumbai city.
Hai Apna Dil Toh Awara is directed by Monjoy Joy Mukherjee and produced by Divya Choksey. The music is composed by Ajay Singha, Raman Mahadevan, Subhash Pradhan and Pervez Quadir.
