Narang is one of the wealthiest man in the city and lives with his only daughter Neena. He wants to get her married to one of his friend’s son named Vicky but Neena surprises him by saying she is already in love with a man called Jaggu. When Narang finds out that Jaggu comes from a poor background he summons his mother and humiliates her and asks them to stay away from his daughter. Jaggu in a fit of rage goes to Narang and asks him to let him marry Neena, but he is humiliated and thrown out too. Jaggu then makes up his mind and says that he will be richer than Narang and return in one year.
Jaggu along with a homeless friend Vishal, start a construction company with Bank loan. However this attracts a lot of rivals, who try to kill him by putting a bomb in his car. Jaggu narrowly escapes but is gravely injured. He needs blood and Vishal has the same blood type. Everyone is shocked when Vishal refuses to donate Jaggu his blood.
The film is directed by Ashok Gaikwad and produced by Sandeep D Shinde. The music is composed by Anand Milind. The star cast includes Jackie Shroff, Naseerudin Shah, Nagma, Gulshan Grover,Shafi Inamdar,Laxmikant Berde,Sadashiv Amrapurkar, Rajesh Puri, Rakesh Bedi and Achyut Potdar.
