Kavya, played by Paoli Dam is a journalist who performs a sting operation with her friend and colleague Vicky on a business tycoon Siddharth. He however, does not take it lying down and swears revenge. He offers Kavya a job in his company with a big raise and she happily agrees. He then pretends to be in love with her and they sleep together. Kaavya then finds out that she is pregnant with his child. When she goes back to meet him he tortures her and stops her from entering the office and reveals he just wanted to take revenge.
Devastated, Kavya warns him that she has proof it is his child she is carrying. Siddharth then gets her kidnapped, her fetus is killed and ovaries removed. Kavya now has only revenge in her mind and makes up her mind to destroy Siddharth. She becomes a sex worker and sleeps with powerful and rich men. One of them is Rajdev, who is a CEO of a big cement company. She leaks information copied from his phone to others and thus also make Siddharth’s company go into loss.
Siddharth gets Rajdev killed for his deception and now is after Kavya. She meanwhile with the help of a minister becomes the board member of the cement company. She exposes Siddharth’s scam to all the board members during a meeting and gets him arrested. She returns home only to find Rajvir’s wife waiting for her. She shoots Kavya and herself and both die. The movie is directed by Vivek Agnihotri and produced by Vikram Bhatt and Manmohan D. Singh. The music is composed by Amar Mohile.
