Shyam is the investigating officer for a high profile case. The case is related to the murder of a young woman and 4 men are the main leads of the murder. Shyam comes to know that, the 4 men are on their way to Goa for a holiday and decides to follow them along with the police constable Hingirani. He stays at a lavish hotel and one day meets a small time burglar Reem who he hires as an assistant. Meanwhile Kumar is a singer at the hotel and while Shyam is collecting more information about the woman’s murder, the 4 men begin to be murdered one by one. All fingers and evidences are somehow pointing towards Kumar. The film is directed by Keshu Ramsay and produced by Avtaar Poddar. The music is composed by Bappi Lahiri and the story is written by Omar Khayyam and Jyoti Swaroop. The star cast includes Rakesh Roshan, Marc Zuber, Reema Kapadia, Mazhar Khan, Pinchoo Kapoor, Rajendranath, Narendranath and Geeta Khanna.
