In a peaceful and happy village, four Thakurs have been terrorizing the people and making their life a living hell. The Thakurs are Lala, Raja, Thekedar and Rana. They force people to do everything they want and take advantage of their helplessness and even have their way with the naïve village girls. Heera who lives in the same village with her brother Kishen, sends her brother to the city for police training. He hopes to come back and end the evil ways of the Thakurs. However, things turn for the worse when the Thakurs see Heera and sexually assault her. A devastated and horrified Heera is then saved by a dacoit named Mangal and his men. She joins forces with them to become a dacoit herself and swears to take revenge on the four Thakurs and bring them to justice in her own way.
The movie is directed by Kishan Shah and produced by Shakuntala. The star cast includes Sudhir, Sapna, Pooja Roy, Satnam Kaur, Shakti Kapoor, Amit Pachori, Ali Khan, Brij Gopal, Ali Khan, Brij Gopal, Anil Nagrath, Mahavir Shah, Ranjeet. The music is composed by Piyush Vakil.
