Hero, played by Salman Khan works for Khanna, played by Shakti Kapoor, who is the owner of a courier company. Inspector Vishal, played by Arbaaz Khan comes to know that Khanna is in a drug racket and confronts him. While defending him Hero too comes to know the truth and tries to stop Khanna but he kills Hero and shoots Vishal straight in the heart. Hero’s heart is then transplanted into Vishal. Only Vishal can thus see Hero’s ghost around him. Soon Vishal starts getting close to Hero’s former love Rani, played by Rani Mukerjee but Hero isn’t happy about it and tries to foil his plan.
Soon Hero and Vishal join forces to nab Khanna and stop his illegal works. Eventually they manage to kill Khanna. His body is taken up to hell while Hero’s spirit is finally free and goes to heaven for his good deeds. Soon Vishal and Rani get married. The movie is directed and produced by Sohail Khan and Bunty Walia. The star cast includes Johnny Lever, Shakti Kapoor, Razak Khan, Neeraj Vora, Dinyar Tirandaz and Sulbha Arya. The music is composed by Himesh Reshammiya, Sajid-Wajid. The lyrics are written by Faiz Anwar, Sudhakar Sharma, Jalees Sherwani and Shabbir Ahmed.
