Susan is put in a mental asylum where her husband Joe, comes to see her every other day. She is disturbed and keeps making demonic images on the wall. Eventually one day unable to bear the torture she commits suicide. Their daughter Pia is now grown up and married to Vic. Their relationship is strained and they are not happy. Joe suffers a heart attack and Pia decides to visit her family home with her friend Carol. There Pia sees paranormal activity in the house and sees images of a ghost in a girl.
Pia discovers she is pregnant and tells Vic who is vey happy and comes to visit. Pia meanwhile sees flashbacks of her twin sister Dia, and her father carrying her dead body out of a pool. Pia later realizes that it is Dia’s ghost that haunts her. She however gets possessed and it is later discovered that Susan was not mentally ill but possessed. In fact Susan was previously pregnant with triplets and only two Dia and Pia survived but the third one couldn’t make it and thus it has turned into a evil spirit that wants revenge.
A footage on a cassette shows that Dia was killed by the spirit and so is joe. Vic and his friend try to destroy the spirit and send her into another realm, while Pia delivers a healthy baby. The movie is directed by Rajeev Virani and produced by Vinay Chowksey and Sanjay Ahluwalia. The star cast includes Bobby Deol, Shreyas Talpade, Mugdha Godse, Sophia Handa, Manoj Chaturvedi, Salim Fateh, Simran Kapoor, Linda Arsenio and Jyoti Dogra.
