Ali, played by Vatsal Seth and Sameer, played by Sohail Khan are studying at the film academy and they are asked to make a short film before graduation. So they decide to make a documentary on why one shouldn’t join the Indian Army. They are also asked to deliver 3 letters to the family members of martyred soldiers. They ride away on their motorcycle and make the first stop at Amritsar, where a widow and her son await slain soldier Balkar Singh’s return. The entire village is proud of his sacrifice. Their second stop is Himachal where they deliver a letter to a wheelchair bound air force pilot who mourns the death of his brother. He too is proud of his brother’s sacrifice.
The third letter is delivered to a couple who have lost their son, but are dealing with their grief by making themselves distracted with parties. Ali and Sameer end their documentary on a positive note that although they wanted to go to the US initially, they have now changed their mind and will rather want to serve their own country. The movie is directed by Samir Karnik and produced by Bharat Shah, Vikas Kapoor and Samir Karnik.
