Ashok Saxena is an honest and tough cop who will not tolerate anyone taking the law in their hands. He lives a middle class life with his beloved wife Shobha and a young bachelor brother Rajesh. Their father was also a respected and tough cop and had a dream of making Rajesh a police officer too. However just when things seemed to be going in the right direction, Ashok is falsely framed for being involved in drug trafficking and is arrested. He now suspects his younger brother Rajesh of being involved in criminal activities to make his lover Renu’s wealthy father happy.
The film is directed by Surendra Mohan and produced by Sunil Sharma. The music is composed by Kalyanji Anandji and the story is written by Shidhar Prasad. The star cast includes Shatrughan Sinha, Mithun Chakraborty, Hema Malini, Anita Raj, Prem Chopra, Shakti Kapoor, Sujit Kumar, Chandrakant Gokhale and Nilu Phule.
