Ravi Kapoor is a wealthy and successful industrialist living with his school going son Rajesh, having lost his wife years back. He decides to expand his business and plans to re-locate abroad. Rajesh thus loses touch with his childhood love Anjali. The business in India is then handed over by him to one of his employees named KK, who lives with his wife and daughter Suman. Everything seems to have been taken care of. Years later Rajesh has grown up to be a handsome young man and they return back to India. Rajesh now searches for Anjali, but in vain.
Meanwhile Ravi and KK plan to get their respective children; Rajesh and Suman married. After meeting each other they both fall in love, leaving Suman’s admirer heartbroken. However Anjali comes back into Rajesh’s life and things are rosy again for him. They both decide to get married, however something strange happens. Anjali one fine day refuses to meet or talk to Rajesh. She is warned by her mother that she cannot marry Rajesh. Now it is up to Rajesh to find out the real truth.
The movie is directed by Basit Khan and produced by Rajesh Agarwal. The music is composed by Uttam Singh and cinematography is by Ram Kumar. The choreography is by Kausar Shaikh. The star cast includes Jeetendra, Rati Agnihotri, Kiran Kumar, Anil Dhawan, Razak Khan, Gaurav Ghai and Beena Banerjee.
