Suraj is a out of work young man. His good behavior and honesty impresses wealthy businessman Dhaniram. He makes Suraj marry one of his two daughters Asha. Suraj who has been evicted by his landlord from his current house, finds accommodation at a temporary bungalow in Gorai beach. Suraj must now pretend to be rich and successful in the eyes of Dhaniram. Things go haywire when his second daughter Lata too falls for Suraj.
The film is directed by Surendra and produced by Vijay Aneja. The music is composed by Anand Milind. The story is written by Ranbir Pushp and the dialogues are written by Kader Khan.
