The story of this movie revolves around six newly married couples who embark on an adventurous journey on their honeymoon to Goa. The couples don’t know each other and board a bus while travelling together. The six couples include Oscar, played by Boman Irani and his wife Naheed, played by Shabana Azmi. They are a middle aged couple and newly married and mocked by the other younger crowd but they don’t mind. Partho, played by Kay Kay Menon and Milly, played by Raima Sen are from Bengal and he soon learns that his wife is good at Karate when attacked by thugs.
The third couple is Madhu, played by Sandhya Mridul and Bunty, played by Vikram Chatwal who met on an online site. Bunty is a homesexual but got married only on pressure from his parents. The fourth couple is Pinky, played by Ameesha Patel and Vicky, played by Karan Khanna. Both have opposite personalities; as Pinky is bold and extroverted Vicky is an introvert. He realizes he is also gay when he gets attracted to Bunty. The fifth couple is Hitesh, played by Ranvir Shorey and Shilpa, played by Dia Mirza who have had an arranged marriage. Shilpa is not happy as she has left her boyfriend Jignesh to be forced to marry Hitesh.
The sixth couple is Aspi, played by Abhay Deol and Zara, played by Minissha Lamba who have no idea that their respective spouses have superpowers. All these couples learn a lot about each other during the 4 day stay while Shilpa runs away with Jignesh. The movie is directed by Reema Kagti and produced by Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani. The music is composed by Vishal-Shekhar and Vishal Bhardwaj.
