This movie is an action-crime drama directed by Mukul.S. Anand, Produced by Romesh Sharma. Released on the 1st of February 1991. Starring Amitabh Bachchan, Rajinikanth, Govinda, Kimi Katkar, Deepa Sahi, Shilpa Shirodkar, Danny, Anupam Kher.
Tiger (Amitabh Bachchan) extorts money from the Dock workers for his father Pratap (Deepak Shirke) who works for Bhaktawar (Danny)who rules over the Mumbai Dockyards, treats the workers as his slaves. Tiger is in love with Jumma (Kimi Katkar) who happens to be his friend Gonsalves’s (Romesh Sharma) Sister, who is not in the favour of Bhaktawar so gets killed. Tiger’s mother dies leaving her two stepsons Kumar (Rajinikanth) & Vijay (Govinda) in his care and responsibility.
Inspector Giridhar (Anupam Kher) stops Tiger from killing Bhaktawar reminding him about his responsibilities. Bhakhtawar is arrested, sent to prison. Tiger wants to escape from all this with Jumma, but she refuses. Tiger returns as Shekhar a respective timber merchant in Ooty. Kumar becomes a police officer, married to Aarti (Deepa Sahi) who have a daughter, while Vijay is a college student who loves Anita (Shilpa Shirodkar) against her father’s wishes who is a General. Shekhar and his family lead a happy life.
Bhaktawar is released and here starts the trouble of revenge. Kumar’s daughter Jyoti is kidnapped, is rescued. Kumar & Vijay explain things to Bhaktawar, ties himself along with Giridhar, to a bomb. Both die and the family is reunited.
