Professor Prakash is a respected educationist with a unique vision. He does not believe that corporal punishment will improve criminals. He thus not only has scholars in his class but also vagabonds who have no aim in life and have wasted most of their youth. The principal has had enough of these rowdy students and wants them rusticated, however professor Prakash intervenes and sees the good in them. He asks for one
last chance to reform them and takes them all on a India tour and explains to them the culture, heritage and union of the democratic country. The students then return with a fresh mindset of patriotism and love for their country. The film is directed and produced by Dhanpat Mehta. The music is composed by Zameer Bikaneri. The star cast includes Pallavi Joshi, Umesh Khanna and Saudamini Rawal
