Tuti Shah is a notorious gangster and he kills Kishan and blames his friend D’Souza for it. D’Souza is then arrested. Kishan’s son Vijay too begins to hate D’Souza’s son Michael who used to be his best friend. Humiliated and dejected, Michael leaves town never to return. After many years in prison, when Kishan is released from jail, he looks for his son every where but cannot locate him and is devastated. The church father then tells D’Souza that with the money he sent from jail, he made Vijay a police inspector. D’Souza then vows to find the truth about Kishan’s murder. Meanwhile Tuti takes advantage of Michael’s fragile state of mind and makes him commit two murders.
Vijay meanwhile is looking out for Michael for the murders as well as for Tuti Shah. Soon Vijay arrests Tuti but isn’t able to take any legal action against him due to lack of evidence. This frustrates him and he resigns from his duties. Vijay, D’Souza and Michael then join forces against Tuti. The movie is directed by Deepak Bahr and produced by Geeta Gupta. The star cast includes Akshay Kumar, Sunil Shetty, Shilpa Shirodkar, Madhu Rangnathan, Pran, Jagdeep and Arun Bakshi.
