Brother ACP Ravi Verma and Kamal are brothers who are close to each other. Their parents were brutally murdered by three people, who then manage to escape the punishment of the law. Kamal then swears to avenge the death of his parents in his own way, but Ravi wants to arrest them and let law take its course. This is causes conflict between the two brothers. Meanwhile Vijay Kumar supplies servants to people as a job and later at night he becomes a Robin Hood and loots the rich and affluent people of their ill-gotten gains and distributes it to the poor. Ravi is asked to get Vijay arrested.

 

Later Vijay, Kamal and Ravi get together to take revenge on the three goons who have been wrecking havoc in the city and terrorizing the people. The movie is directed by Ambrish Saingal and produced by Hiren Bafna. The music is composed by Bappi Lahiri and the lyrics are written by Nawab Arzoo. The story and screenplay are written by Amrit Aryan. The cinematography is by Sushil Chopra. The star cast includes Dharmendra, Jeetendra, Sangeeta Bafna, Ritu Shivpuri, Puneet Issar, Mohan Joshi,Tiku Talsania, Gajendra Chauhan, Ram Sethi, Aasif Shaikh, Sujata Mehta, Upasna Singh, Girja Shankar, Reema Lagoo and Aprajita.
