Mohan lives a poor lifestyle with his wife Radha and four sons Chandan, Raju, Bablu, and Pappu. Although coming from a wealthy family, Mohan’s father disapproved of his marriage and thus he left home. Mohan now comes to know that his father is gravely ill and on his death bed. They all go to visit him and he reveals a treasure hidden under a temple. The treasure can be opened by four different keys and all four boys
are given one key each. Meanwhile an employee named Lalchand overhears this and kills Mohan to keep the treasure for himself. Radha now widowed, gets separated from her sons and loses her mental sanity. Soon her sons make their own living. Chandan runs a dairy farm and renames himself Bholaram, Raju is a thief and calls himself Johny, Bablu is a cop and calls himself Vijay while pappu becomes a criminal and calls himself Tony. The film is directed by Deepak Bahry and produced by Pranlala Mehta. The music is composed by Raam Laxman. The
star cast includes Mithun Chakraborty, Ranjeeta, Amjad Khan, Danny Denzongpa, Vijayendra, Ranjeet, Padmini Kapila, Kajal kiran and Neeta Mehta.
