Raju, played by Bobby Deol, works as a waiter at a popular hotel. He is obsessed with a news reporter named Geeta, played by Karisma Kapoor and wants to desperately meet her and propose his love to her some day. At the hotel on a regular day at work, things take a drastic turn for Raju when a muder takes place. Geeta is then assigned the job to come to the hotel and interview the staff and guests at the hotel. Raju is elated that finally he will be able to meet Geeta, but for that he will have to lie a little. He then tells Geeta that he witnessed the murder. The murder who is yet unknown hears Raju’s testimony and is on the lookout to hunt him down too.

 

Meanwhile turns out that Geeta is also looking for her brother Vikram who was abducted by the Mafia. Raju decides to help her but now is the target of the underworld as well as the cops. Turns out Geeta’s fiancé Rohit is the real killer who also killed her brother. Raju then saves Geeta from being killed by Rohit. Soon all the mystery comes to the fore and the news agency praises Raju for his work. He also confesses his love to Geeta and the two decide to marry.

 

The movie is directed by Kundan Shah and produced by K.P Singh. The music is written by Anu Malik.
