Raja and Rani are childhood friends who are always at loggerheads as adults and have started disliking each other. Their fathers Major Yamraj Singh and professor Durander Lal are the closest friends and want their respective children to get married so their friendship is turned into family relations. However Rani is undecided about what her future holds, while Raja has fallen in love with Manjit Singh, the daughter of truck business owner Dildar Singh. Everything seems to go smoothly in their lives when things happen for the worse.
Yamraj Singh is arrested by the police for allegedly possessing firearms and drugs. Helpless he asks his friends for help but Durander Lal refuses to help him in any way. In the meantime Dildar Singh comes to his rescue and bails him out. However Raja and Rani start to like each other but they are not permitted to marry. They must now find out weather Yamraj was falsely framed or is there any truth in his criminal doings.
The movie is directed by Pramod Mandloi and produced by Vinod J Mehta and Prakash N Gaglani. The music is composed by Bappi Lahiri. The star cast includes Siddharth Dhawan, Shradha Sharma, Meghna Desai, Shakti Kapoor, Raza Murad, Ajit Vachhani, Kiran Kumar, Jr Mehmood, Amrut Patel, Ali Khan and Madhavi Gogate.
