A small area or Ilaka is controlled by a notorious and dreaded gangster named Naagar. He has terrorized the people to such an extent that they are afraid to speak anything against him. Raja, an honest man decides to fight the injustice and atrocities of Naagar in his own way. He is supported by non other than police inspector SurajVerma in his endeavors. Then there is inspector DharamVerma, who also has some unfinished business with the ruthless Naagar. All three men join forces in eliminating the reign of terror that Naagar has spread.
The film is directed by Aziz Sejawal and produced by JyotiGuha and Raju Mavani. The music is composed by Nadeem Sharvan and the story is written by Javed Siddiqui.
