The film deals with sexual assault at the work place and how the truth can sometimes be more than what meets the eyes. In a corporate world being labeled wrongly or taking advantage of a vulnerable situation, can become the core of the problem sometimes. Working in one of the top advertising agencies is Rahul, played by Arjun Rampal and Maya, played by Chitrangada Singh. Rahul is the acclaimed CEO and Maya is a copywriter.
Things get murky when Maya and Rahul get involved a little too much with each other. Starting on a strong friendship that turns into an affair, the two get into a competitive mode. They both want credibility for their work, which is more imporatant to them than anything else. Things take an ugly turn for Rahul, when Maya files a case of sexual harassment in the workplace against him.
A committee is set up to uncover the truth behind Maya’s allegations. Rahul, on his part, completely denies the accusations thrown at him saying that he never had any intensions like that. The movie showcases that sometimes we can use the law rightfully and sometimes use it as to our own personal advantage. The movie is directed by Sudhir Mishra and produced by Viacom 18 Motion Pictures. The music is composed by Shantanu Moitra.
