Jagmohan is a well-known and illustrious business-man. He also has underworld and criminal dealings. His son is one day charged with someone’s murder and even though he is guilty, he approaches advocate Kailash Nath to save his son. The latter flatly refuses knowing his reputation. Eventually Jagmohan’s son is found guilty and hanged to death. Jagmohan is devastated by this news and plans to take his revenge on Kailash. He kills his wife and child right in front of his eyes and disappears. Kailash searches frantically to take his own revenge. Finally he gets his chance and he accuses Jagmohan of murder and the latter is found guilty.
Kailash is later left to deal with another evil man named advocate Verma who had molested his sister years ago. Verma is next in his line of fire. The film is directed and produced by Rajkumar Kohli. The music is composed by Anu Malik and the lyrics are written by Indeevar. The star cast includes Dharmendra, Shatrughan Sinha, Anita Raj, Dimple Kapadia, Sumeet Saigal, Shakti Kapoor, Amjad Khan and Kader Khan.
