Two childhood friends turn into bitter rivals for control of the Dandekar bridge slum. Both work as second-stringers for the same political party but aspire to work in the mainstream.
One uses political and criminal clout to ruin the other, while the other employs a young guy as a puppet to do so. However, the young man, with his own goal, learns political methods and plays his own political game with the help of a juvenile gang from the same ghetto.
