Iftekar, played by Naseeruddin Shah and Razzak, played by Arshad Warsi are two criminals who are unsuccessful in their job and thus escape from their boss to hide in Gorakpur in the house of Vidyadhar, a local gang lord. But his widow Krishna, who seduces them for her own gains, meets them there. She gives them shelter and asks them to kidnap a local businessman KK. Meanwhile the two goons realize that they are falling in love with Krishna but don’t reveal the truth to the other.
Razzak eventually seduces Krishan and they have sex which Iftekar comes to know and is furious but keeps quiet. The kidnapping of KK doesn’t go as planned and they both start quarrelling. Later Krishna forces KK to reveal the whereabouts of her husband who she thinks might still be alive and hiding. She tells Razzak and Iftekar that KK and her husband Verma are partners in an illegal business. They go to a factory and find Verma there, who asks his henchman to kill both Iftekar and Razzak. But he leaves them alive.
Meanwhile Verma attacks Krishna and later dies in a gas explosion. Razzak and Iftekar save Krishan and they walk away safe from the burning house. The movie is directed by Abhishek Chaubey and produced by Raman Maroo and Vishal Bharwaj. The music is composed by Vishal Bhardwaj.
