Vijay successfully runs a truck company and has amassed wealth with his hard work and dedication. He is friendly and close to one of his employees named Veeru. One day Vijay is shocked to learn that Veeru has been misusing his friendship and using the trucks to carry out his own illegal business. A furious Vijay hands Veeru over to the cops where he receives a jail sentence of 20 years. Veeru is seething with revenge in jail and waits to be released. Meanwhile Vijay feels sorry for Veeru’s son Krishna and adopts him.
After 20 years Veeru finally comes out of jail to get his revenge from Vijay. However he is shocked to learn that not only has Vijay passed away but Krishna and his son Jeet are taking care of his business. The film is directed by Ashutosh Gowrikar and produced by K Pappu. The music is composed by Bappi Lahiri and the lyrics are written by Anjaan,Dilip K Tahir and Indeevar. The cinematography is by Sushil Chopra. The star cast includes Rishi Kapoor,Sunny Deol, Juhi Chawla, Farah Naaz,Tanuja,Kulbhushan Kharbanda,Anupam Kher,Prem Chopra,Alok Nath,Dan Dhanoa, Anjana Mumtaz and Urmila Bhatt.
