Suryadev is a diligent police officer who is extremely protective of his granddaughter Kajal. His cousin Vishaber who has been ousted from the family fortune now is vengeful and wants to kill Kajal so that he can become the sole heir to the massive inheritance. One day when Vishamber hires goons to attack Kajal, she is saved by a man called Karan who happens to be there at the time. Suryadev is impressed by Karan’s bravery and offers him the job of being a bodyguard of his granddaughter Kajal. Soon Kajal falls in love with the brooding and mysterious Kajal. Little does she know that the attack was pre-planned and Karan is part of the plan who is hired to kill Kajal. Soon he too falls in love with Kajal and things get complicated.
The movie is directed by Ram Kanwar and produced by Ashok Ghai. The star cast includes Ajay Devgan, Twinkle Khanna, Saeed Jaffrey, Vivek Mushran, Suresh Oberoi, Vishwajeet Pradhan, Johnny Lever, Shiva, Akash Khurana,Bindu, Raakhee and Priya Arun. The music is composed by Anand Milind and the lyrics are written by Anand Bakshi. The cinematography is by Harmeet Singh.
