Jaane Anjaane is an Emotional-Romantic Crime-Thriller Family Drama Film crafted with excellence by Shakti Samanta. The Story revolves around the life of Ramu (played by Shammi Kapoor)- An orphan- adopted by Laxmi- a kind-hearted woman found him at the stairs of the temple and raised with her Husband- Shankar- A Criminal and named him Ramu. He went to school to study- but gets addicted to crime as his father commits, leading him to become a Criminal. He Fells in love with Mala (played by Leena Chandavarkar)- who wants him to leave criminal activity behind and he agrees. However, things turn upside down after Hemant- A Police official accidentally kills Laxmi while assassinating Shankar, leading him to take revenge with rage.
