Meena is a wealthy girl and happy-go-lucky, until she finds out the bitter truth about her life. Turns out, she has cancer and only a few more months to live. Distraught and devastated she has no will to live even for those few months and wants to kill herself but fails every time. Thus she decides to hire someone to do the job for her. She then meets the unemployed Raju and asks him to kill her, for which she will pay him. The latter accepts the job. Things turn ugly for Meena when a former lover kills himself for rejecting him. His father now wants revenge from her at any cost. Meanwhile, Meena and Raju fall in love. The film is directed by Ramesh Behl and produced by Mandir Sial. The music is composed by R D Burman. The star cast includes Randhir Kapoor, Neetu Singh, Anit, Ranjeet and Bindu.
