Dharamraj is a wealthy zamindar and lives a comfortable life with his wife and son Veeru. His brother in law Cobra has an evil eye on his wealth and thus murders Dharamraj. Veeru somehow manages to escape and soon befriends a street boy named Raju. Raju grows up to become a truck driver, while Veeru becomes an undercover cop. He then joins Cobra and his brother Hari and gets important information from the gang. In the end the two friends manage to destroy Cobra and his gang and they marry the girls they love i.e Raju marries Meena while Veeu married Shalu. The film is directed by K Raghavendra Rao and produced by Arjuna Raju and Ashwani Dutt. The music is composed by Bappi Lahiri. The star cast includes Dharamendra, Jeetendra, Parveen Babi, Sridevi, Amjad Khan and Kader Khan
