Mammootty in Jackpot (1993) Gowtham Krishna and Sindhu wed in defiance of Sindhu's wealthy parents' wishes. After giving birth to their son Rahul (Tejas Kapadia), Sindhu passes away. Gowtham Krishna is left with little choice except to win a horse race in order to regain custody of his child after Sindhu's wealthy parents seize custody of the child.
