IPS officer Abha, played by Priyanka Chopra has been assigned the case of taking two notorious criminals to task. The criminals in question are Babloo , played by Manav Kaul and Dabloo, played by Ninad Kamat who are running a parallel governance of crime and treachery in the town of Lakhisarai in Bihar. Their main aim is to grab land to build a power plant.
Abha has no mercy on the criminal brothers and goes all out unleashing discipline of law and order in the state. Her subordinates look up to her and join her in her battle of fighting evil. Finding no way out, Dabloo kidnaps an orphan girl, rapes and kills her. He hangs her on a tree in the village making it look like a suicide.
This enrages B.K Singh who was backing the criminal brothers financially and politically. He tries to arrest Dabloo but before that the deceased girl’s brother strangles and kills him. One by one the corrupt officials are killed and hung on tree to look like suicides by the villages as a protest. Abha, tries hard to control the killing spree and finally manages to arrest Babloo Pandey and bring him to justice.
