Vijay is a brave and daring Indian Army officer. He assists some medical personnel to provide medical aid to the people affected in the riots in Jammu and Kashmir. Being a compassionate man he makes sure no one is left unaided and personally does a check on it. Soon he meets a local man named Gulroz and they become good friends. Their friendship is tested when Gulroz’s sister is accidentally killed by the Indian soldiers. He is devastated and swears revenge. He begins to hate all Indian soldiers including Vijay and joins the terrorist group of Jihaadi Mujahideen.
Meanwhile the terrorist group abduct a MLA’s son and demand that some of their comrades be set free of they want to see the boy alive. Things turn chaotic when Vijay tries to make his friend see the truth and reform his rebellious ways. The movie is directed by Manoj Kumar and produced by Vishal Int Prod Pvt Ltd. The music is composed by Laxmikant Pyarelal. The star cast includes Rishi Kapoor, Kunal Goswami, Shilpa Shirodkar, Manisha Koirala, Raveena Tondon, Pran, Prem Chopra, Amrish Puri, Monish Bahl, Shahbaaz Khan, Sadashiv Amarapurkar, Rana Jung Bahadur, Monty Nath, Ajit Vachani, Yunus Perwaiz, Ghanshyam, Kishore Bhanushali, Beena Banerjee, Anjana Mumtaz and Guddi Maruti.
